How To Look Like A Disney Villain
If you are anything like me, you are quite fond of at least some of the Disney Villains. There is something about them that just makes them likable. So to go along with my post about how to look like a Disney princess, I decided to think about how to look like a Disney villain.
Disney Villain Style
The styles for these are a bit more edgy, some of them at least.
But we are talking about villains here. You have to have a bit of an edge.
I think I have a good mix of villains here, but if I missed someone, let me know and I will add them to my next post.
I love making these outfits. They are so fun to make, and look awesome when they are done.
How To Look Like A Disney Villain
These Disney villain inspired outfits came out better than I thought they would.
I picked 10 of the most liked villains and created different looks based around them.
Let me know what you think about them.
Dr. Facilier
I tried to think of a way to bring Dr. Facilier’s witch doctor esthetic to a modern outfit.
This is what I came up with.
An edgy, slightly grunge look with some feather accents.
Dark colors, black and purple mainly. I like how it turned out.
Maleficent
To me, Maleficent always seemed a bit regal.
After her movie come out in 2014, Angelina Jolie’s portrayal of her only solidified that for me. She just seems so queen like.
I wanted to go with something that was still a little edgy, but girly also.
Dark makeup and nails, with layered necklaces adds a grunge yet feminine quality to the outfit.
Scar
When I thought about Scar, I felt like the outfit needed to be something a bit more simple.
Just a few accessories to add a little something.
Stick with a more neutral color palette and there you have Scar.
Ursula
With Ursula obviously you have to stick with the black and purple color scheme.
I wanted to use something that was a little baggy to give a bit of volume to the overall outfit. That’s where the sweater comes in.
Round it out with some shell accessories and that pretty much sums it up.
Cruella de Vil
Dots, dots everywhere!
You can’t have a Cruella inspired outfit without some dots.
And I was lucky enough to find the perfect white and black polka dot romper. I saw it and immediately knew that I had to include it in this outfit.
Finish it up with some red accessories and there you have it.
Jafar
Next up on the list of how to look like a Disney villain, we have the classic Jafar.
This one is very simple.
More black and red, which seems to be a theme with these villains.
I just added some snake accessories to give the full Jafar effect.
Captain Hook
Captain Hook is a bit more girly and less edgy than the other looks on this list.
I stuck with his white socks because I thought they would be cute with this outfit.
And of course we have to have stars. Stars on nails and on any accessories. After all, we can’t get to Neverland without heading to the second star to the right.
Gaston
Gaston’s outfit is pretty straight forward.
It pretty much looks just like his in the movie.
Beige pants, brown riding boots, red top and a belt.
Add a few other things like a bag and necklace and you can either dress up or dress down this pretty basic look.
The Evil Queen
Now for the evil queen. Her look seems a bit extra, but come on… it’s the evil queen. She is all about being extra.
Who else would kill someone because they were prettier than her?
Anyway, the outfit… purple and black, as usual.
I see her as being classic and very, well… extra.
The Victorian looking coat added just the right touch.
Hades
Last but not least on how to look like a Disney villain… my favorite villain, Hades.
He is so sassy, how can you not love him?
So like the other outfits, black of course. But what is different? Instead of purple, we are going with blue!
And of course, we have to make it a little grungy, what else would suit the lord of the underworld?

There we have it folks. That concludes todays list of how to look like a Disney villain.
If I missed your favorite, or if there is something specific you want to see, let me know and I’ll make one for you!
